Meet Kate.

Kate is an ACE Fitness certified personal and group trainer with a passion for helping clients achieve better health and fitness. Kate loves working with clients both individually and in groups, and nothing excites her more than seeing their inner fire ignite.

Kate's unique "Element Fitness" approach involves outdoor workout sessions as much as possible. She believes that working in the natural environment not only increases strength but also brings a sense of calm. Kate's clients experience the benefits of both fire and water elements, with strength training representing the former and paddle boarding the latter. Her home gym serves as a base, but she also meets clients outdoors for a fully immersive training experience.

With expertise in strength training, conditioning, and nutrition, Kate is also a certified TRX Suspension System trainer and loves working with kettlebells. She is currently training for stand-up paddle board races and enjoys group paddle boarding sessions. Kate even offers a combination of strength training and paddling workouts with mobility to her clients.

When she’s not coaching or training, Kate loves spending time with her husband, two kids and dogs.
